Alaska is organised as a Belgian economic interest grouping (EIG). The company is run by a managing director (day-to-day management, Johan Lemmens) and a board of directors (Eddy Loufs, Stefaan Kindt, Serge Mesotten, Ronny Veys en Patrick Rombaut).
